Good news on at least the voucher part of the Boondoggle bill: the Senate Parliamentarian ruled that it doesn’t fit within the rules of the budget process, so it’s been stripped from the bill. (That doesn’t mean they won’t try to put it back . . . ). Also, the rest of the bill still threatens Colorado’s already stretched budget. . .
