We need your engagement this week to support Jeffco Schools through their recent filing to sue the Trump Administration. The Department of Education has accused the district of not following Title IX laws, threatening to withhold over $50M in federal funds. The Jeffco School Board voted to fight back, resulting in this subsequent lawsuit. Rocky Mountain Equality, Jeffco PTA, Wheat Ridge for Equity, and Engage Jeffco are asking organizations, community members, and elected/public officials to join us o in supporting Jeffco Schools.
